Makes one 9" pie or sixteen 3" Creamy Pumpkin Pie Tarts.


Ingredients


(1) unbaked 9" pie shell or (12-16) pie tarts
(2) cups (One 16oz can) pumpkin
(1) can (14oz) condensed milk
(2) eggs
(1) tsp cinnamon
(1/2) tsp salt
(1/2) tsp ginger
(1/2) tsp nutmeg
** whipped cream and nuts optional


Directions:


Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 more minutes, or until a knife inserted 1" from the edge comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipped cream and nuts.
For tarts, pour 1/4 cup of mixture in each tart shell and bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.

A Must On Your Thanksgiving Table
About 8 servings


Ingredients

(1) pkg fresh cranberries (grind)
(1) cup sugar
(1) large can crushed pineapple (drained)
(1) 16 oz. bag mini marshmallows
(1) cup chopped walnuts
(1) pint whipped cream
(1) cup chopped apple (optional)


Directions


Mix cranberries,sugar,apple,pineapple and nuts.Let stand covered in the frig overnight. Beat whipped cream according to directions on the carton. Fold into the fruit mixture. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!

This delicious country-style pork dish serves 4.


Ingredients:

(3)lbs pork ribs, cut from loin, or country-style ribs

(1/4) cup all-purpose flour

(2) Tbsp. vegetable oil

(1) cup apple cider

(2) tsp. salt

(1/2) tsp. black pepper

(1) lb. small red potatoes

(1) lb carrots, cut into 2-inch length

(4) small white whole onions peeled

(1) small head of cabbage, wedged

(1/2) cup chopped fresh parsley


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put the ribs into a large bowl and cover with flour, coating all sides well. Heat the oil in an ovenproof casserole dish. Brown meat on all sides over medium heat. Sprinkle with leftover flour. Add apple cider, salt, and black pepper and heat to boiling, stirring often. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 mins, add the potatoes, carrots and onions. Cover and bake another 30 minutes. Add the cabbage and bake 30 more minutes, covered, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
